REGISTRATION: All members must register to attend any meeting or event. Deadline for early registration is April 16, 2012. All registrations should be postmarked on/before May 1, 2012. No meal reservations AFTER May 1, 2012. The registration booth will open on Thursday morning. BOM will receive registration packet on Wednesday. DRT Convention Registration Forms are below.

THURSDAY TOUR: The tour buses will depart the Doubletree Hotel Austin (Front Door/Lobby) at 1:00 p.m. and return by 4:00 p.m. Buses will drive by the DRT Headquarters Building then head downtown for guided walking tours of the Texas State Cemetery and French Legation Museum. At the FLM, refreshments will be served. Water will be available on the buses.
THURSDAY OPENING CEREMONY REHEARSAL: Phoenix Ballroom—current BOM, Past Presidents General, District VIII Chapter Presidents, and CRT BOM and Convention Pages. Rehearsal starts 4:15 p.m. Return for Opening Ceremony 6:15 p.m. Dessert Reception follows Opening Ceremony.

THURSDAY RECEPTION: Punch/Lemonade, Cookies, Brownies, Sheet Cake
